SATYSIL 909 MP is an aryl ethylene-ester-based specialty developed copolymer to prevent corrosion of metal sheets. Guard metals from corrosion with Satysil by Akshat Rasayan. Our effective solution ensures long-lasting defense against rust and deterioration.

Technology of SATYSIL 909:

 

Direct application of this emulsion forms a water & moisture-resistant layer on the surface. This coating inhibits air oxidation of the metals, ensuring shine and longevity. Due to strong binding properties to inorganic substrates, this solution forms a sturdy and long-lasting layer.

Storage:

 

● Best before the date mentioned on the batch
● In case of cream formation brief stirring will restore the original form
● Don’t keep it in direct sunlight.
● Tight-pack the container after use to maintain the product quality.

Suitable for:

 

• Metal sheets, tubes, rods, pipes, etc.

Surface preparation:

 

● Clean and dry the surface before application.
● Surface should be free from grease, dirt, moss, algae, fungus, or efflorescence.

Application:

● Read the entire label before using
● Gently dip the article in our solution / apply the solution using a brush
● Wait 10 minutes for the chemical to cure on the surface
● Carefully dab the excess solution using a tissue or cloth
